1.  I already have almost 4 years of experience working in research. I worked on a study about smiles among other things.

2.  I'm a visual storyteller. As a camerawoman, I shot hundreds of hours of documentary footage being a keen observer of human behavior, relationships, and motivations.

3.  I conduct my own studies for fun. Who does this? I bet you do too!

4. I have a B.A. in Sociology which means I studied both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.

5. I funded, designed, and disseminated a survey to a random sample of 1500 students. Then I conducted individual interviews and analyzed and interpreted the results - because diving into data, analyzing and synthesizing relevant insights gets my creative juices flowing.

6. I traveled the world for work before this, so I know what to expect.

7. I worked on high profile projects as a camerawoman because I was a quick study, strategic, and over prepared.

8.  I know that a great team means everything.

9. I'm a keen observer and have been described as "more of a listener" than a talker.
